Dark and Stormy Daquiri
New age version of two classic Rum cocktails. Our homemade ginger beer reduction, a healthy measure of Goslings Black Seal Rum and lime combine two of the big boys of the classic cocktail world. Warming and refreshing.
Woo Wow
Cheeky twist on a drink favoured by many. Russian Standard Vodka, Peach Schnapps, fresh pressed apple, cranberry juice, lime juice and homemade sherbet sugar syrup. Garnished with a lollipop, this will keep you sucking until your heart’s content.
Devilette
For all the cheeky ones. Stolichnaya raspberry Vodka, grapefruit liqeur, lemon sorbet and a lonely strawberry are topped with Pink Fizz Prosecco. As seductive as it sounds, it’d be a sin not to try this.
