If this is your first time in Tonic, then sit down, fasten your seatbelt and enjoy the ride. If you’re returning, then you’ll be all the wiser in the knowledge that the seatbelt won’t save you.

After a decade on the street, a hazy memory of all the fun that’s been had, anticipation of the fun to be had, and loving care over the drinks we make, we welcome you.

As always we’re trying to cook you up a storm with some of our unique creations. As a small independent bar, we try to use the tiny kitchen we have to the best of our ability. Throughout the menu, you’ll come across some of our homemade ingredients that will give you a taste of our personal approach to bartending.
